Peace, space, silence and serenity on an empty beach; A day shrouded in inertia. The empty beach in France exudes peace, space and serenity as the sun illuminates the thick pack of clouds white. With some screeching, the last seagull has just left. The rock now deserted, silent and empty; a small island in the middle of the calm sea.
To still the movement of the water I used a slow shutter speed. This smooths out the waves, leaving only subtle nuances in the water. In addition, the soft colors support the feeling of slowness and stillness.
